Second-Hand Product After-Sales Policy: Due to the significant burden imposed on our R&D funds and service resources by the large number of second-hand Heino products circulating in the market, we refuse to provide after-sales services for any second-hand products. Please refrain from purchasing second-hand Heino products available on the market; otherwise, you will not be eligible for corresponding service support.
