Thank you for shopping with jservices.shop. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed.
1. Processing Times
We take pride in ensuring every order is handled with care. Please note the following processing windows:
Standard Items: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days.
Pre-Order Items: If you have purchased a product labeled as a Pre-Order in the product description, please allow up to 4 weeks for the item to be prepared for shipment.
Shipping fee: If you would like to cancel the pre-order, we reserve the right to retain the shipping charges due to payment processing fees. Which should be around $10-$20.
Note: If your order contains both standard and pre-order items, the entire shipment may be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please remember that "Shipping Time" begins after the processing period mentioned above is complete.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to various locations. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy
At jservices.shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If things didn't go quite as planned, here is how we handle returns:
Restocking Fee: Please note that all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and certain promotional products may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I know if my item is a Pre-Order?
Check the product description on the item's page. All pre-order items are clearly labeled there. These items typically take up to 4 weeks to ship.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered the shipping process yet, we can usually cancel it. Please email admin@jservices.shop as soon as possible with your order number.
My tracking number isn't working!
Don't panic! It often takes 24–48 hours for carriers to update their system after the label is created. If there is no movement after 3 business days, feel free to reach out.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most locations. Please note that customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
I received the wrong item/a damaged item. What should I do?
We are so sorry about that! Please email us at admin@jservices.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or the incorrect item, and we’ll make it right.
