Information used by the platform
We store your name, email address, a password hash, email verification status, and order history. Orders can include payment references, purchased products, activation keys, shipping details, tracking numbers, and refund requests. Staff actions are logged to help protect accounts and orders.
How information is used
This information supports account access, email verification, order delivery, license management, shipping, refunds, and abuse prevention. We use an essential HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the store, manage accounts, deliver purchases, and send essential messages. We share only the information needed to provide these services. When payments become available, the payment provider’s privacy information will be shown before checkout.
Discord sign-in and customer roles
When you choose Discord sign-in, we request your Discord identity and email address. We store your Discord user ID and username to connect your account and, after a verified purchase, assign the configured Customer role in our Discord server. You must already be a server member. OAuth access tokens are used only during sign-in and are not stored. Linked accounts with our configured Discord Mod role can receive website moderator access. Permissions granted by that sync are removed when the Discord role is lost; website administrators are preserved.
Staff and bot access
If you choose the AI compatibility check, the motherboard details you submit are shared with our AI provider to identify your hardware. Do not include personal information, passwords, or serial numbers. We keep your check result and hardware details to support purchase eligibility and staff review.
Authorized staff can access information needed to handle orders. The payment verification API returns limited order and payment status data to authenticated integrations; it does not return license keys, passwords, email addresses, or shipping addresses.
Requests and retention
We retain information as needed for account operations, order support, and legal obligations. A direct privacy contact, specific retention periods, and the process for access, correction, export, and deletion requests must be provided before the store accepts live registrations and payments.
